After experiencing a computer glitch during my booking of a park fly package, I called an awesome, friendly and very efficient lady at your company who solved my problem very quickly. Very impressive and not very common these days, unfortunately. It seems that so many call center employees are on their first day and don't have a clue.
 
     
 
I accidentally made two reservations for the same night at the same hotel. I called the 888 number and received great help from Carrie, who answered my call. She went over the details with me several times with no muss or fuss. She was both helpful and pleasant. I appreciated her help

Hotel was very easy to find and staff was helpful during our stay. The benefit of leaving our vehicle at the hotel while traveling eases our minds with one less thing with which to concern ourselves. Ease of retrieving our vehicle was also a very nice feature.

I've only just booked the hotel with parking package for a cruise out of New Orleans, but it was so simple and easy to do and the price was less than the hotel quoted me. I will surely use them again. No cancellation fee either. I'm loving it!

We stayed at O'Hare DesPlaines Best Western hotel offered through the Park, Sleep and Fly Hotels program. This was the first time using this program and we couldn’t have been more pleased. Pulling into the hotel parking lot, I had some hesitation. However, once inside, we were pleasantly surprised. The front desk clerk, I believe her name was Andrea, was professional and efficient getting us checked in. The hotel is definitely showing some wear and tear, however, our room looked as if it was recently renovated. It was spotless with a decent bathroom and comfortable beds. Andrea offered suggestions for dinner and were back to the room for sleep. May I point out we never heard a plane! Alan greeted us in the morning (4:15 am). He too, was great. He even had a grab and go breakfast ready for us to take to the airport, since the breakfast area was not yet open (breakfast area recently renovated & looked quite nice). We were happy with our am driver, who went out of her way to show us where pick up would occur on our arrival back. Arrival back went without issues; we went where the hotel directed us for pickup, called their number and our driver arrived within 15 minutes. We were driven back to the hotel, picked up our car from the lot and away we went. All this at a price we would have paid for parking alone at O’Hare! Could not have been happier with their services!
