We have frequent Alof Hotel many times even booking rooms for others while taking a flight from Philly. It is so easy to get to, the property is gated, the staff is warm and welcoming and lastly the rooms are clean and inviting! We have never had problems w thief from parking there. And, best of us the transportation back and forth to the airport including pick up has been wonderful! I highly recommend staying at ALOFT!

Perfect price for a stay, shuttle and park for an early morning flight. We always use Aloft for our start of vacation, everyone is very friendly, the rooms are very clean and it's just an all around stress free experience.

The room was pretty small but clean. Price is amazing to include parking for a week. The staff wasn’t very friendly and I didn’t know there was already a water bottle in the room and they should have told me that before I spent $3.75 at check in to purchase one. We took a 6am shuttle on a Sunday morning and it was so full we had to put our luggage on the inside of the shuttle with us. But we were thankful we got on

Hotel room was great, but shuttle service was more than a 45-minute wait upon return (although running every 30 minutes??) This is usually not the case, and unfortunately it was on this trip when we had tickets for a show in West Chester, arriving late.
