Check-in was simple and friendly. Everything was clean and prepared. The shuttle was prompt and on time for departing and returning. Great bargain for proximity to the airport.

John from the front desk was extremely friendly, helpful, and kind. He made sure we felt comfortable in our suite, and was very hospitable. Our room was very clean and well-kept. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone planning a visit to Philadelphia!

The hotel was very easy to find & check in was easy. My room was very nice except for an odd lingering odor. The bathroom shower was large & easy to walk into. Complimentary water in the room. Since I arrived later at night, had to park further away from entrance. Shuttle to the airport was quick. Shuttle pickup from airport was really nice & quick. Only issue I had was the hotel charged me more than what was quoted, but the Stay Park Travel customer service quickly rectified the situation. I would stay here again.
