Found the staff exceptionally friendly, they went above and beyond making sure my stay was perfect. Had an issue with a retail store and the staff were kind in helping me rectify my situation. I would not hesitate to stay here again, the room was large and clean. I booked a stay and park package. The shuttle was on my schedule as I requested and was very accommodating. Took advantage of a ParkSleep deal on our way to Costa Rica. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary adult beverage and snack upon arrival. We left too early the next morning to take advantage of the breakfast, but had a "to go" bag waiting at the desk. The shuttle service had not yet started, but the hotel had arranged for a taxi and paid for it. We were picked up on our return at 11 pm by a friendly and courteous driver. Slept well and enjoyed a complimentary breakfast before we left for home. We only wished there was some type of food available on site for dinner and a late night snack, otherwise we were very satisfied.
