Richmond Airport Hotel
The Richmond Airport Hotel is right across from RIC and provides travelers a great pre-flight stay. Guests can have access to free Wi-Fi at the business center, squeeze in a workout at the exercise facility. At the convenience of guests, there is a complimentary shuttle that runs to RIC airport, which is included in all Park Sleep Fly packages. Our Restaurant is closed daily for lunch and reopens 4 pm until 8:30 pm for dinner. (Hours may vary according to business levels-please check at the desk upon arrival for the latest hours.On most Friday nights (and some Saturday nights) we have live music in our restaurant/lounge from 7 pm until 11 pm sharp. Reservations are required and guests must be ages 21 and up! We do provide alternate dining and can suggest local restaurants (within a short drive) as well! The hotel parking pass should be visible on the windshield rear view mirror showing return date and parked in a special area of the parking lot) for up to 30 days maximum. Just inquire at check in at the desk! We do tow vehicles left on out lot where the guests are not currently in house that do not have a park-n-fly pass. Overnight parking for guests currently in house is complimentary! We also have van service from 3:45 am to 1 am that is by reservation, with an average response time of twenty to thirty minutes. This service is provided by any of the Hyatt/Holiday Inn/Hilton airport property shuttles. The response time can take longer if our shuttle is tied up on other runs when you call to request. When departing the hotel (with no reservation made for the shuttle) we do suggest you arrive in the lobby (and let the desk know) at least thirty minutes before you wish to use the van service just in case the shuttle is full at the time! Again, reservations for shuttles to the airport are highly encouraged! When arriving at the airport: just call us once you have your luggage from baggage pick up. Proceed out the doors closest to the baggage terminals on the bottom floor, go over to the center aisle where it shows hotel courtesy vans, and our van service provided by Hyatt Airport or any of the Hilton or Holiday Airport property vans will pick you up. Airport security does not allow hotel courtesy vans to wait for guests so you will need to have your luggage and call when ready and outside. The wait normally takes around twenty minutes! If you have waited at the center isle for more than twenty minutes with no shuttle service, call the hotel to let them know you will take a cab over. The cab normally charges $10 to $12 for the shuttle ride over. Please get a receipt from the cab and present it to the desk for reimbursement (tips are not reimbursable). On most Friday nights (and some Saturday nights) we have live music in our restaurant/lounge from 7 pm until 11 pm sharp. Reservations are required and guests must be ages 21 and up! We do provide alternate dining and can suggest local restaurants (within a short drive) as well! Should you wish to be away from any music just ask that desk upon check in for an odd numbered room up on one of the higher floors! We look forward to having you stay with us!
